This Funnel is hosted under the Ridgemont Capital name. Ridgemont Capital is a holding company and does not sell insurance, precious metals, or investment advisory services. It may refer interested people to its subsidiary companies. Fit Check scheduling data is primarily controlled by Ridgemont Wealth, LLC. Name, email, phone, state, age band, spouse age band (optional), self-reported investable-asset range, retirement timeline, intent tags, decision-maker answers, preferred contact window, booking metadata (including Calendly fields), IP address / device information, and cookie or pixel identifiers when advertising technology is enabled.
We do not collect account numbers, Social Security numbers, or full account statements on this form.
We do not sell SMS opt-in data. We do not share SMS opt-in with third parties for their marketing.
If you check the optional call/SMS consent box (Option A), we may call and/or text you about scheduling, confirming, and preparing for your Fit Check. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel texts; reply HELP for help. Consent is not required to book a Fit Check or to receive information by email. If you do not check the box, we will not use call or SMS show-rate helpers for that lead.
When enabled, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and similar tools may collect online identifiers and events (for example ViewContent, QualifyPass, Schedule) for measurement and, if enabled later, advertising. Cookies and pixels may be used for analytics and advertising measurement. This conflicts with older site language that claimed cookies are not used for tracking; that older language does not apply to this funnel. Meta Pixel ID 4576558139222196 (Ridgemont Fit Check) is installed on this funnel for measurement. Paid Meta traffic may begin only after Events Manager confirms PageView and spend is approved.
We use service providers such as Calendly (scheduling), email and SMS vendors, CRM, hosting (for example Cloudflare Pages or similar), and Meta as an advertising platform, under contracts that limit use to providing those services where applicable.
We retain Fit Check lead data as long as needed for scheduling, follow-up, dispute resolution, and legal retention needs, then delete or de-identify it according to our internal schedule. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
Categories collected: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP), commercial / inquiry information (intent tags, asset band self-report), internet activity (site events, pixel identifiers), and professional or employment-related context only if you volunteer it.
Sources: you, your device, advertising platforms when Pixel is on, and scheduling tools.
Purposes: as listed in Section 3.
Sale / share: We do not sell personal information for money. If Meta Pixel / ads run for California residents, some disclosures of online identifiers to Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising may be treated as a "share" under CCPA/CPRA. Before paid Meta scale, we will provide a working Do Not Sell or Share mechanism.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (stub): Email hello@tryridgemont.com with subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and your name and email used on the funnel. Ops will wire a one-click link or preference center before first paid Meta click at scale. You may also use Global Privacy Control where we honor it after launch wiring.
Rights: California residents may request to know, delete, or correct personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising CCPA/CPRA rights. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority. Contact hello@tryridgemont.com.
This funnel is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect their information.
